Fine France is an online food store for gourmets who appreciate typical, authentic and iconic French products.
We select, above all, products made in accordance with traditional methods. Our shop mainly offers products that are without coloring agents, preservatives, additives or flavor enhancers.
Our key word is Quality, and we only select the most natural products, made from noble and local ingredients.
We are committed to offer top-quality products to warned and demanding consumers who care about what they eat.
Finally, we only offer products that we tasted and which can’t easily be found in traditional stores.

All requested personal information (name, surname, email, billing address, shipping address, mode and payment details) is required before the final confirmation of the order.
The company Fine France can’t be held responsible for any errors or delays in delivery that would be due to information errors entered by the customer.
The order is delivered in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, by La Poste Suisse, at the address provided by the customer, according to the selected option (economy or express).
The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and depend on the chosen shipping formula.
The express delivery mode corresponds to a PostPack Priority shipping, the standard mode corresponds to a PostPack Economy shipping.
Delivery is free for orders from 80 CHF.
In case of absence, you will have to pick the package at the post office.
Don’t forget to check your package before providing your signature.
Any damage must be indicated on the shipping list and Fine France has to be informed within 2 days.
Packages are sent from Monday to Thursday. Orders validated before 12 pm are sent the same day and the day after if validated after 12 pm.
Goods are delivered the next business day by express delivery and 2 business days later by enonomy delivery.
The delays mentioned are for information purposes and Fine France can’t be held responsible for any delay or non delivery beyond our control.
A delay in the delivery cannot be, under any circumstance, a reason to cancel the order and will not result in any compensation or reimbursement.
*Free deliveries are always Economy deliveries
**Delivery time is valid for orders validated before 12 pm and will take one more day if the order is validated after 12 pm.
