Description

A Christmas flavour for theese rillettes prepared with orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, cardamom, anise and clove.

Le Mottay Gourmand in the Haut-Anjou region prepares these gourmet pork rillettes, according to a traditional recipe.

The local, organic pork meat is carefully cooked in a kettle for 15 hours and then crumbled by hand.

pork meat, 94,7% (shoulder, breast, fat), candied orange peel (4%), spices (0.1%).
