Terms and conditions

Any sale made on the Fine France website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth hereafter.

1. Validity

By placing an order, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

Any purchase made on the FineFrance website is governed by the pricing and conditions applicable at the moment the payment is made. Any modification (related to pricing or any other condition) made after the purchase shall be deemed inapplicable to said purchase.
Shipping rates are calculated according to the postal rates.
Prices include applicable VAT rates.
Online payment options are indicated on the website when finalizing the order. The customer has the choice to pay by credit card (among those mentioned on the website) or wire transfer.

3. Order and confirmation

Orders are placed on the website www.finefrance.ch
The sales agreement is concluded as soon as the order has been confirmed by e-mail, by one of Fine France’s contact e-mail addresses.
This confirmation sums up the list of delivered goods, and the amount payed (all fees and taxes included).
Once confirmed by e-mail, an order cannot be cancelled.
Fine France reserves the right to proceed to the delivery of extra products in addition to already placed orders, in the context of its customer rewarding programs.
By placing an order, each customer certifies being at least 18 years old and certifies the truthfulness of all provided information

4. Shipping

Shipping is exclusively limited to Switzerland.
The information relative to shipping that is displayed on our website is for information purposes only.
Since the delivery is made by a third party company, the estimated and actual delivery dates might sometimes differ, for reasons independent of our control.
Therefore, a delay in the delivery shall not result in the cancellation of a purchase.
The goods are delivered at the shipping address specified by the customer when placing their order.

5. Reception of goods

Upon reception of the goods, the customer shall immediately notify FineFrance by e-mail if any product were to be damaged. In such instance, the customer shall attach the proof of damage or default to the e-mail. Once FineFrance will have reviewed the complaint, an appropriate amount shall be credited to the benefit of the customer

6. Garanty

The use-by date is displayed on all our products with expiry dates.

7. Other

The terms and Conditions set forth herein can be unilaterally modified by FineFrance.
The data collected in order to deliver the goods is saved by Fine France and shall solely be transmitted for delivery purposes, to La Poste (or any other delivery company). The rest of the data collected by Fine France is considered confidential and shall not be transferred to any other entity than Fine France.
The only context this private data shall be used by FineFrance is in the event of promotional offers, sales, or any other marketing effort, with the sole aim of providing a better service to FineFrance’s customers.

8. Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions set forth herein are governed by Swiss Law (droit suisse des obligations),
The sole place of jurisdiction is the location of FineFrance’s headquarters, in Thônex, Switzerland.
