These king scallop rillettes made from fresh scallops, salmon and seaweeds, are creamy, delicate and with subtle taste.
All rillettes made by the conserverie Algoplus are cooked using only fresh fish and natural products. The King scallops used in this recipe are fished in the North-East Atlantic, and the transformation of the ingredients is hand-made.
